History of Severtson Corporation

From one individual working late into the night in his family kitchen, Severtson Corporation has grown to become an innovative global leader in producing optical coatings for the world’s largest movie screens.  Starting in the early 1980’s with its first project a screen for the US Air Force, Severtson Corporation has had the opportunity to develop unique visual products for simulation and entertainment.  Severtson Corporation has supplied specialized optical coatings and screens to over 40 countries and has manufactured and applied many of its products for some of the largest and most recognized names in the industry.   In the 1990’s Severtson Corporation began to produce coatings for the 3D industry.  You may not know the Severtson name, but if you have seen a 3D movie there is a good chance you have seen a Severtson Corporation screen. 

In 2003 Severtson Corporation turned toward a new challenge of offering the home and business community the same quality, creativity, technical advantages, and manufacturing skills appreciated by only a handful of large companies.
